HOW WE'RE PROTECTING YOU.

EMPLOYEE GUIDELINES:

  • We will be staggering appointments to minimize social contact, and we will have all clients call the studio when they are in the parking lot to check in. Clients will be called or texted when we’re ready for them to come in.
  • We will be checking each employee’s temperature upon the start of their work shift, and each employee is required to be tested for COVID-19 every 14 days.
  • All staff members are required to wear a mask when in the lobby and during any interaction with a client. Staff members must also wear gloves, a face mask, and a face shield when performing services on each client.

CLIENT GUIDELINES:

Clients will be asked the following questions upon booking their appointment, and upon arrival the day of their scheduled appointment. If the answer is yes to any of the screening questions below, clients will be required to reschedule their appointment at least 14 days later without any cancellation fees:

  • Have you been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem)?
  • Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?   
  • Have you experienced any of the following symptoms within the last 14 days – new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea?
  • We will be taking each client’s temperature with a touchless thermometer upon arrival of their appointment. If the client has a temperature of 100.4 or higher (as per CDC guidelines), they will be required to reschedule their appointment at least 14 days later without any cancellation fees. 
  • All of our clients are required to wear a face mask upon entering the building, and for the whole time they are here. If a client does not have a face mask, a disposable face mask will be provided for them before they enter the building.
